Jason Chainey
Mentor
NCAA D1 Intelligence, Translated for the Australian Game.
I have coached at every level of the game, from junior pathways through to the WNBL, WNBA, and NCAA. Over a 30-year career as a U.S. College (NCAA Division 1) Assistant Coach, Australian professional coach, and high-performance mentor, I bridge the tactical rigor of the American collegiate system with the realities of coaching in Australasia — helping coaches build sharper habits, master in-game adjustments, and think the game two plays ahead.

Dave Derwin
Mentor
NBL Bench IQ. Built From the Hardwood Up.
With 25 years of basketball experience, Dave has coached across the NBL, NBL1, and State Teams and served as a coach development manager — building player development pathways and game-management under pressure. Beyond the court, he brings a vast background in change leadership and business transformation, translating organisational strategy into the way teams are built and coaches are developed. Dave's breakdowns turn film study into repeatable, in-game decisions.

Craig - Canberra Junior Coach
Head Coach · Canberra
"The Resource Hub gave my entire association a shared tactical language. Our coaches stopped reinventing drills every week and started building from the Phases of Play framework — the buy-in was instant."
Mika - GM South West QLD
Coach Development Manager · State Association
"Dave's tape breakdown picked apart habits I didn't even know I had. The annotated voiceover feedback was like having an NBL assistant in the room — worth every cent of the monthly package."
Priya Raman
NBL1 Assistant Coach
"Coming up through the junior pathway, I felt stuck. The mentorship gave me the NCAA D1 tactical vocabulary I needed to take the next step — I'm now leading a senior program with real confidence."
